• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is 200 BDT.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.

• Withdrawal via Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a set bonus on their first deposit. This offer applies one time only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 18xx platform and will result in permanent account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit the bonus system.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other users or staff.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.

18xx reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time without prior notice. This action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless fraud or a policy violation has been established.
